We believe that God has a sovereign, loving plan and purpose for every individual’s life. Through the study and application of biblical principles, we hold that the Word of God— given to us as our ultimate authority—should guide our behavior, decisions, and daily walk as believers. Led by the Holy Spirit, this truth becomes our compass.
We teach these biblical principles as the solid foundation for moral conduct, spiritual maturity, and victorious living. By aligning our actions with God’s character and will, believers can experience transformation, overcome challenges, and live abundantly in Christ—reflecting His victory in every area of life.
Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10, Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, John 16:13, John 10:10, Romans 8:37
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God. It is a sacred library of 66 books—39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament—written by approximately 40 human authors over roughly 1,500 years, yet every word was supernaturally guided by the Holy Spirit.
The Scriptures are not merely human writings or religious literature; they are Godbreathed revelation. Through the Bible, God reveals Himself—His character, His will, His redemptive plan for humanity, and the path to victorious, abundant life in Christ. It is our ultimate authority for faith, doctrine, conduct, and decision-making.
As believers, we hold that the Bible is completely trustworthy, without error in its original manuscripts, and sufficient for every aspect of spiritual life and godliness. When we read, study, meditate on, and obey its truths—under the illumination of the Holy Spirit—it transforms us, equips us for every good work, and leads us into the freedom and victory Jesus purchased for us.
2 Timothy 3:16-17,2 Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 119:160, Hebrews 4:12, John 17:17, Isaiah 40:8
The Bible presents the eternal existence of God as a foundational truth, not something that needs to be proven through human argument or scientific evidence. Scripture simply declares, “In the beginning God…” (Genesis 1:1), assuming His reality from the very first verse. While many people seek intellectual proof of God’s existence, the Bible teaches that true knowledge of God comes through faith—trusting in His revealed Word and the testimony of creation, conscience, and ultimately the person of Jesus Christ. We believe in one eternal God—perfect, unchanging, all-powerful, all-knowing, and infinitely loving—who has always existed and will always exist. This one God exists eternally in three distinct yet fully divine Persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit (often called the Holy Ghost in Scripture). These three Persons are co-equal, co-eternal, and of the same divine essence—one God in three Persons, known as the Trinity.
This truth is central to the Christian faith: the Father is the source and sustainer of all things; the Son is the eternal Word who became flesh to redeem humanity; and the Holy Spirit is the active presence of God who convicts, regenerates, empowers, and guides believers into all truth. Understanding and relating to God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit opens the door to a personal, victorious relationship with Him—where we experience His love, power, and guidance for abundant living.
Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, Isaiah 48:16, John 1:1, 14,Hebrews 13:8, Hebrews 11:6
We believe that salvation is God’s gracious gift of redemption, freely offered to every person through faith in Jesus Christ. "Being saved” means being rescued from the power, penalty, and ultimately the presence of sin. Humanity’s sin—our rebellion against God—separates us from Him and earns the just penalty of eternal separation in hell. No amount of good works, religious effort, or moral improvement can bridge that gap or earn forgiveness.
Salvation is accomplished solely through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross: His perfect life, His sacrificial death as the substitute for our sins, and His victorious resurrection. By believing in Him—trusting Him as Lord and Savior—we receive forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, and the promise of eternal life in heaven. This is the only way to be saved and enter God’s presence forever, as Jesus Himself declared: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
Through the process of salvation, we are:
Salvation is not a one-time event; it begins a lifelong journey of transformation where the Holy Spirit empowers us to live victoriously—overcoming sin, growing in holiness, and reflecting God’s character more fully each day. It is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone—our greatest hope and the foundation of victorious living.
Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 6:23, John 3:16, Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9, John 14:6, 2 Corinthians 5:17
We believe that water baptism is a beautiful and important step of obedience for every believer who has already accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is a powerful, public declaration of the new life we have received in Christ.
Baptism symbolizes our identification with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection: going under the water represents dying to our old sinful self and being buried with Christ; coming up out of the water pictures our rising to walk in newness of life through His resurrection power. It is an outward sign of the inward transformation that has already taken place through faith, repentance, and the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit.
For new believers, baptism is the natural and biblical next step in growing in their relationship with God. It publicly testifies to family, friends, and the church community: “I have turned from sin, trusted Christ fully, and now belong to Him.” Jesus Himself commanded His followers to baptize disciples (Matthew 28:19), and the early church consistently practiced believer’s baptism by immersion soon after conversion as a joyful act of obedience and witness.
In this way, baptism strengthens faith, encourages others, and marks a fresh commitment to live victoriously—dead to sin and alive in Christ—empowered by the Holy Spirit for daily transformation and abundant life.
Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:3-4, Acts 2:38, Acts 8:36-38, Galatians 3:27, Colossians 2:12
We believe the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity—fully God, co-equal and coeternal with the Father and the Son. He is not an impersonal force or influence, but a divine Person who is present with us on earth today, dwelling within every believer from the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit serves as our direct connection to the Father, our Comforter, Counselor, Guide, and constant Companion (John 14:16-17).
Through His sanctifying power, the Holy Spirit enables believers to live holy, set-apart lives that reflect God’s character. He convicts of sin, renews the mind, produces the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—Galatians 5:22-23), and empowers us to overcome sin and walk in victory daily.
We also believe in the baptism (or infilling) with the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience subsequent to salvation, available to every believer who seeks it. This empowering encounter equips us for service, bold witness, and victorious Christian living. The initial physical evidence of receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit, as seen consistently in the New Testament, is speaking in other tongues (glossolalia)—a supernatural prayer language given by the Spirit for personal edification and communion with God (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:6).
The Holy Spirit also distributes spiritual gifts to every believer as He wills—gifts such as prophecy, healing, miracles, words of wisdom and knowledge, faith, discernment of spirits, tongues, interpretation of tongues, and more—for the building up of the church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). Through ongoing surrender and yielding to the Holy Spirit, believers experience continual filling, transformation, and power to live abundantly and victoriously in Christ.
John 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4, Galatians 5:22-23, 1 Corinthians 12:7, Ephesians 5:18
